At Swiss Watch Classics, we take pride in offering carefully selected vintage and pre-owned Swiss watches. We want every customer to purchase with confidence and enjoy their chosen timepiece.

1. Your Right to Cancel — 14 Days

If you purchase a watch online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at louis@swisswatchclassics.co.uk within the 14-day cancellation period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the watch.

2. Returning Your Watch

Please return the watch carefully packaged, together with any original packaging, accessories and documentation supplied.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return postage costs.

We strongly recommend using a fully insured, tracked delivery service appropriate to the watch's value.

Customers are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the watch's nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge paid.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned watch or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

4. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Watches

Every watch is carefully described to reflect its age, condition and characteristics.

If your watch is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Where goods do not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers retain their statutory rights, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Where a return is required because goods do not conform to the contract, we will meet reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable law.

5. Vintage Watch Characteristics

Vintage and pre-owned watches may display age-related wear, patina or characteristics consistent with their history.

We aim to describe these features accurately in our listings and photographs.

Disclosed characteristics form part of the description of the watch. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Our 12-Month Warranty

Watches are supplied with our advertised 12-month warranty, subject to the warranty terms provided with your purchase.

This warranty is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.

7. Exchanges

Due to the individual nature of vintage and pre-owned watches, we do not routinely offer direct exchanges.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
